1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 78888 platform at 78888.bid (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "78888", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all forms of use of the Platform, including account registration, browsing, depositing, wagering, withdrawing funds, and participation in any promotional campaigns operated by 78888. 2 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all Players:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting as a player in their own right for wagering purposes).
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where it is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 78888, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously had an account with 78888 that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable policy.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

78888 operates as an offshore gaming platform and does not hold a licence issued by any Bangladeshi regulatory authority. Players based in Bangladesh access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 78888 — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a single registered account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances where fraudulent intent is identified.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of the account.

Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules before the account is closed. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

78888 operates a Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) native cashier. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 78888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change at 78888's discretion without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold may be declined by the cashier system.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal request is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes under standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• Deposit Matching: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source account where possible, and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

78888 offers promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Players should review these terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

• Promotion Changes: 78888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the change.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. The applicable limit, if any, will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the 78888 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each individual game or market:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet or game round is only valid once it has been confirmed and assigned a transaction reference by the Platform. Bets that have not been confirmed due to technical errors, disconnection, or any other reason shall be treated as void.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will not be accepted where the Player's account does not hold sufficient cleared funds to cover the stake amount. Bets placed during a period of negative balance caused by a system error are void.
• Obvious Errors: 78888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were clearly posted in error. This includes typographical errors, system errors, or the mispricing of markets. Where possible, 78888 will notify affected Players and refund stakes in full.
• Sportsbook Markets: Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are governed by the specific rules of each market as published on the sportsbook. In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances held therein, and the reporting of the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.

8 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the 78888 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, software, text content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and the compilation thereof — are owned by or licensed to 78888. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform in any medium without 78888's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 78888 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as granting any broader licence to 78888's intellectual property than expressly stated herein.

9 Privacy & Data

• Losses attributable to force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

In all cases, 78888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 78888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 78888's negligence to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12 Amendments

78888 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will be effective upon publication at 78888.bid/terms-conditions. Where a material change is made, 78888 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 78888 is incorporated as an offshore entity. 78888 operates as an offshore platform and does not represent that the Platform is appropriate, legal, or available for use in Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall preclude either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to preserve the status quo pending resolution of a dispute.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
